Biking Bjorn

 In the United States, everyone was riding; it was 1976, year of the BikeCentennial. I was riding my AMF Roadmaster 10-Speed; it is fuzzy, but the headbadge of Borg's bike makes me think he was riding some model Raleigh. Toe clips and straps, and a leather hairnet helmet - he was a lot more serious about it than I was at the time, although at six years his junior and still in junior high, I guess I'm not really surprised. I am also not surprised that he was a quite capable all around athlete (he ran some too). Until I discovered this photo, though, I never knew his abilities outside tennis were a matter of debate.
