Library + Bike

 

I can't say as that I ever used a milk-crate-style basket to haul stuff around by bike, though I have attached covered dog carriers, and foldable aluminum baskets attached to a rack to accomplish the same feat - which is really no feat at all, being a simple thing to do. Beside the dog, those carry-alls brought home 4-packs from the local brew house, groceries and foot items, tennis equipment, gifts, gallons of milk, and I don't know what all else I am not thinking of right now. One thing I can't recall ever carrying home are books from the library although, parked outside the Claremont Public Library, the owner of this bike may be doing just that - good use of a crate, good use of a bike, and a good use of time.
