Just Throw the Little Guy on Top

"The little guy's getting on the bike!" followed by ha, ha ha's all around. That line, or some approximation of it, spoken by that snobby preppie guy about the Jackie Earle Haley character in Breaking Away, was the first thought that crossed my mind when I saw this at the Seal Beach pier. 

I've seen a lot of unique lock jobs over the years, some clever, some dismal failures but this, as far as I can recall, is the first time I have seen one like this. When you're lock isn't big enough to accommodate all the bikes when parked alongside one another...

just throw the little guy on top.
