Shane Stokes of Velonation interviewed Irish professional, and Team Garmin Barracuda rider Daniel Martin at the ongoing Criterium du Dauphine. Much of the interview revolves around Martin's crash near the end of the first stage, held on Monday:

Martin is one of several potential gc leaders for Garmin Barracuda at this years Tour de France, and was fortunate not to have suffered more seriously from the high speed crash which, though he is determined to finish the race, has knocked him out of contention for the Dauphine title.
