One More Evening Out There: Make It Count

"I saw them take the teachers away,
But I never thought to ask what for.
I let it slide while I fought with more important things,
And now the wolves are at the front door. But they only attack if you run from them.
I heard they were hacking up writers, And telling painters what colors to use.
I thought about raising my voice to protest,
But I'm sure they know better than I do...

We are the discontent.
In cliche fragments of the strength we represent.
Devoid of substance,
And plagued with doubt.
The wolves are at the front door
And we're all just sitting around.

Life is too short to live in panic,
Or in doubt, take this chance, make it count.
Make it count."
