Called Up

 In anticipation of longer days the Ibis was called-up for the morning spin, just enough to satisfy before the guy with the pick-up got the call-up to move some art. So be it; there will be no Santa Barbara backcountry riding this weekend - thank goodness for the Spreading Grounds where the views of the mountains are rarely better than they are now:

why do ravens collect rocks? the one on the left had a pretty good sized one and flew off with it. why have i collected so many rocks over the years? hmmm

i climbed the levee to see what i could see
