Fast Digs: Ice Block Racing

 After finding this trio of photos, and being made aware of a form of bicycle racing I was previously unfamiliar with, I can think of no valid reason why Ice Block Racing is no longer a thing. And at the beach yet - in this case Venice Beach. The members of the 52 Club, make it look, um, appealing. The photos are from the Security Pacific National Bank Collection, Los Angeles Public Library.
