Monday Blues: Park It

In the words of Rodney Dangerfield, "I don't get no respect." Why do you think those trash cans are so far out in the bike lane? They don't need to be placed there for pick up. The wind didn't blow them there. Coyote didn't move them there as a sort of evil prank. No, they're placed where they are because they otherwise would have taken up a parking space.
