Remember last year when the Lexus Velodrome suffered a temporary deflation which also took the air out of racing in Detroit city for a while. Remember that some of the motor city riders were able to keep their racing legs moving out here at the Velo Sports Center. Well, they'll be doing it again the weekend of 16-18 December (the weekend of 8-10 December Los Angeles racers may be in Detroit) at the LAVRA / High Desert Nutrition Holiday Carnival. It is going to be fast, and it can be loud, but only if people come out and make it that way.
