Monday Blues: Rabbit, Sitting

Rabbit, Sitting is a sculpture by Gerardo Gomez-Martinez, aka Hacer, at the University of La Verne. Rabbit, Sitting has been sitting in this quad for a couple years now. Covid protocols and campus closures may have kept many people from noticing - I think I first saw it last year when taking the scenic way home from some event (probably a race). If you didn't already know, university campuses are great places to see outdoor art (you'll notice three in the photo above) but you won't see them through a windshield, so get on your bike and roll.
