Up the Road: Udo Heinz Memorial Ride

Udo Heinz was riding through Camp Pendleton in August 2013 when he was purportedly struck by the distracted drive of a bus. He was but one of some seventy-four riders to lose their lives on Southern California roadways that year. With three rides of various length and route, this years' memorial will be ridden to remember "all cyclists fallen on the road," and "promote respectful behavior toward cyclists on the road."
