Weekend Fix

If it is a weekend in February it must be time for a run to the beach, banging the drum all day, and yes baseball. Well, maybe not every Sunday in February, but we did make out pretty well on this particular weekend, did we not? Heck, there was even a little time to visit the Sunday famers' market. It seemed like a lot of folks were cramming outdoor activity in their weekend days ahead of a week that may be mostly wet.

Oh, that's right - then it was time for tennis, playing (a little) and spectating (a little more), as the Pomona College Sagehens played host to the Judges of Brandeis University. I don't remember hitting the ball that hard when i was that age, and my serve seems like it as a far cry from that of the player in the pic below. For an athletics junkie like myself, there is nothing better than living a five minute ride from a day-full of sports. Rain? Bring it, i got my full weekend fix. Hope y'all did too!
