Slow Sunday Scenes: Four Mike Day

Well, four that i could identify as such, three riding bikes and one strumming guitar and, admittedly, one i had to look in a mirror to see. It was a good day for riding down to the Village, picking up a few things at the farmers' market, getting a refreshing iced coffee type drink at Philz, a raspberry danish from Some Crust, wonder what the Craft and Ride van was all about (another motorized thing-a-ma-jig), watch groups and solo cyclists passing by, all from the comfort of a nice shady bench under a jacaranda tree.

as we got up to leave Philz, a big group of riders, all on older vintage bikes rode past

yeah, when the kids get tired, dad or mom get to carry the bike
