Inclusive "Bike" Parking

Why so many unoccupied spots at the Autry Museum bike racks on Sunday? Everyone else must have been out Finish(ing) the Ride with Damian Kevitt, Nelson Vails and quite a few others I have seen in photos. It was a busy weekend in Griffith Park.
