Fast Digs: The Third Kern Cycle Company Bicycle Races

The entry form for the Third Kern Cycle Company bicycle races spelled it all out - the when, the where, the what you could win. Interestingly, the form and all the info was printed in the Anaheim Bulletin. Pretty easy way to do it, before things got all expensive and tied up in legal mumbo-jumbo. The kids just want to race, you know? Interestingly, and sad I suppose, after all this Fast Digs research I have conducted over the past few years, I've come to realize that there has been zero net growth in the sport over the one-hundred and more years that have passed since 1921 (and earlier, for that matter).
