Aced It

 

Well, it didn't fall off, it didn't tilt precariously every quarter mile so that I had to stop and straighten it up, it didn't swing out into the roadway when I leaned into a turn, I didn't loose any balls, and my tennis shoes stayed tucked into the bungee cord on top, so I can declare the three mile round trip journey to the courts and back a success.

I did hear a gasp once though, from the rider behind me; the bungee cords are not ideal for this (not ideal for much of anything really) so maybe I get some decent straps to secure the ball hopper to the rack next time.,
