Slow Sunday Scenes from the Village, 15 December

 After three days shuffling between couch and bed I just had to get out, even if just to walk the Village for a couple hours - the Art Mob was in its third and final day this holiday season, the sun was shining, the leaves were falling, the farmers' market was happening (as usual), the new Who album needing to be purchased, a Pepo Melo fruit bowl seemed like a good idea for breakfast, and there were plenty of people and bikes needing to be photographed. Nice day to be out.

Sad, another long-time Claremont Village business bites the dust - falling victim to out-of-control rents. The best sandwiches and one of the first places I "discovered" in town.
