Up the Road: Busy December

 As months go, December tends to be kinda busy as a general rule. True to that form, the first full weekend of the month has become jam-packed. Encino Velodrome with the final bike swap of the year, and Crazy Bear Bikes with a combination Birthday / Birthday / Anniversary party planned, have the fun, celebratory type stuff covered on Saturday. Unfortunately, all is not fun and games on Saturday, and a memorial ghost bike will be installed for Donna Orange at Baseline and San Antonio, in Upland (note that an approximately 2-hour ride will leave the Rancho Cucamonga Incycle Bike Shop at 9:00am, arriving at the memorial site by 11:00. It is, of course, not necessary to do the ride beforehand).

Then, Sunday, is the final CicLAvia of the year and, coincidentally, not far from Encino Velodrome, though a day removed from the bike swap.
