The Good Deed Doers and Their Annual Year-end Deed

It has happened again! I don't know how many years this has been going on, but a lot by my estimation. Those pesky bicyclists, they just don't give up. Those local bicyclists went and bought a bunch of bikes for kids! Of course those bikes had to be put together, so those local bicyclists gathered themselves together (at the Pacific Auto Sales, Upland) and, piece by piece, assembled those bikes. Handlebars were put into their proper place, saddles were straightened, pedals screwed into the ends of crank arms, brakes aligned, and wheels tightened into drop-outs. Whoa. Those folks just won't give up. And if that wasn't enough, the very next night those new bikes made their way into the hands of a bunch of deserving kids. Christmas came early this year.

For keeping this annual tradition going year after year, after year, all those local bicyclists deserve much more than simple recognition. But, since recognition is the least a blog can do, here's to all you who did the deed this week, keeping the tradition of making families happy going for yet another year.
