Quite a Rig
This was not your typical beach cruiser with board hanger attached for a couple hours of catching waves, the kind of rig you often see in beach towns such as this one - Carpinteria. It was clearly a rig set up for a nomadic, low-cost lifestyle, and judging by the surf board, one that kept within a certain distance of the coast. What I couldn't be sure of was whether the nomadic lifestyle was a matter of choice, or otherwise. Either way, I must say the nose of the board would make it a bit uncomfortable to sit the saddle.
