Cross Town Loop: It's a Plain Shame
It is disheartening the way he continues to disregard long time allies. It is despicable the way he continually praises despots. It is deplorable the way he discounts the traditions and standards of diplomatic decorum. It is dangerous the way he belittles democratic values and the institutions that uphold and preserve them.
Do you know what is really a shame though? That it has become necessary for residents to place signs like these in the parkway along their street, a street along which families with children live and play, a street with an elementary school at one end, a street where reminders like these should not be necessary. What is it that makes people who would not otherwise shoplift an apple from the market, believe it is okay to disregard the law as it relates to speed limits?
And now for something completely different... The good news - there is still a weeks-worth of performances to take place at this years' Shakespeare Festival presented by Ophelia's Jump; bring your lights though, they take place during the hours of the darkening evenings.
