Muddy Waters

 This ain't got nothing to do with the blues, or the musician best known by that name. No, it's just that those waters out there are just plain muddy.

I heard a story today about how someOne who lives along that east-bound road into the Out There has a problem with bicyclists using HiS private road, *also used by employees of the water facility, maintenance teams accessing the traversing power lines, et al, and presumably neighborhood dog-walkers, runners, evening strollers and midnight coyotes. NIMBY much.
