Happy New Year

So, another advancement in the numeric calendar of years.

Passing of the old, beginning of the new. Old thistle giving way to new growth of mustard; weathered wood planks of an old bridge, newly cut logs stacked in the Piney Woods (think I will need to find a new name for that area of the park, after last summer's fire it does not look as if any pines will remain).
