Monday Blues: Head Case

I considered multiple scenarios, none of which involved the parts actually being attached to the bike as the time. Still, could a bike be that badly maintained, yet still be rideable? Hope this is not evidence of something more sinister, more serious that may have happened at the intersection of Arrow and E / Fariplex in La Verne. Even best case scenario it would be nearly impossible to drop a couple pieces of headset and still be able to ride. If it was you, get that thing to the doctor, get it looked at.
