Monday Blues: San Gabriel River Reflection...

If you have ridden along the San Gabriel River Trail with any degree of regularity this year, you will know that it has been bone dry for pretty much that entire time. When they began to let water out of the reservoirs up canyon a couple weeks ago, it was welcome relief. Once again, that entire stretch of river down to the Santa Fe Dam is providing a stop-over haven for migrating waterfowl. That water also makes for a nice medium to reflect the blue of the sky. Take a ride along the river; it doesn't get any better than it is now.
