Happy 4th America...

I had to retrieve this one from the old blog as I lost my digital copy of the photo when my hard drive died a while back. Even though the post was from 2010, the 4:00pm Memorial Park info still holds true - that is when the parade kicks off here in Claremont.

Enjoy your own parade, where ever it is; barbecue, fireworks, car-free ride up GMR, concerts, and whatever else you do to celebrate.

Oh, and if you were wondering, the photo is not Claremont. It is from St. Charles, Iowa, from whence the family came.
