2016 NAHBS: A Grand Illusion

I turned my head twice and still had to touch it just to make sure. Is that some kind of fluting on the top tube of that W. H. Bradford built bike, or an amazing job of painting? I wasn't the only person fooled into wondering at that very moment, and I am sure there were many double-takes over the three days of NAHBS. This particular bike was part of the Campagnolo showcase, rather than on display at the Bradford booth and, while there are more bikes from this maker to show, I thought this one deserved its very own post.
