PSA: Magic Hour

"You see they have great vision, in the day. They have even better vision at night. But in the failing light they can't focus. Magic hour." A line from the movie 'Reign of Fire' kind of sums up how I feel this time of year when I head in a westward direction. A little disconcerting. If you have been out on the bike within that first hour after work, you have probably noticed the sun low to the horizon. Magic Hour. Take extra care out there, even if you are riding with the sun to your back, it means drivers coming toward you have it in their eyes.
