On the Horizon: Cyclocross Season

Speaking of directional change, another shift is quickly approaching. As the road season begins to draw down with this last full month of racing, riders begin preparations for the upcoming SoCalCross Prestige Series season of cyclocross. A rough schedule was released some time ago - some familiar sites in the list, at least one notable absence, and at least one new venue. Some preseason events have already taken place, with more on the way. There has been chatter on the internet about practice races, including the one at nearby Bonelli Park.
