Stuff Someone Said: Chris Boardman...
"You have to train - in a very physical sport there are no miracles."

Chris Boardman raced at the professional level between 1993 and 2000, during which time he accumulated wins in races such as the Tour de France, Criterium du Dauphene Libere, Tour de Picardie, Vuelta Ciclista a Murcia, Four Days of Dunkirk, Grand Prix Eddy Merckx, Criterium International, Paris-Nice, Tour de Romandie, and the World Championships. That quote up there is pretty straight-forward and to the point, no? Kind of like the time trials and prologues at which Boardman excelled. Coincidence? Well perhaps, but I prefer to think that such a quote would be especially relevant coming from a time trial specialist, someone who has mastered the single-minded focus of that endeavor.
