From the Library: LACBC Bicycle Resource Guide...

If you are a member of the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition you probably have one of these somewhere around the house. I am pretty sure you receive one with your membership, and I am also equally convinced that is how I come into possession of my copy. Unlike most other books in the Library, this isn't one you really read for pleasure; as the title says it is a resource guide - filled with helpful bike-related tips, contacts, and other information cyclists (beginners especially) might find useful and helpful.
