It Is Back: The CLR Effect Annual for 2018
Well technically, since a couple years were skipped, it is not an annual anymore - hence the new title: CLR Effect Occasional. It is not only about the racing either, now it is more inclusive for the year in bicycling, including favorites from various local group rides.
