Two Wheel Tuesday: All There Is?

That's it? Has the Sun finally set? Have things run their course? Is the jig up? Did the fat lady sing? Is that all their is? Has the last page been turned? Nothing left to say? Is the show over? Did Elvis leave the building? Has the water boiled? Has the race been run? Is it game over? Is it a done deal? The Swan Song? Has all been said and done? Is there nothing left to do? Did the curtain drop? In other words, is it time to move on?

The answer to those questions is, "probably not" but, where have all the mountain bikers gone? I thought there would be more during the summer months, but that has not been the case. Three, four, two or, once again, one. Well it did make for a quicker ride while covering the same distance, and I got my Cuatro Calaveras tacos and La Verne Brewing Company beer finished off before the roadies even made it back. Since we all started together, there was even time to settle in and watch them ride across the dam, snap a few photos before heading down the switchbacks. So there was some advantage, but still... I may need to start bringing out the road bike.
