Where in the World is That?

I believe there are at least three small water tanks in those trees, only the largest of them is clearly visible when passing by, and may have been used for some small scale farming in the recent past. Where in the world is that?

And since sooooo many people wanted to know where the previous "where in the world is that?" is, I will tell: You can see it while riding along the SGRT, just below the I-10 underpass, between the freeway and the middle school. I wonder if it was supposed to be more than it is; like maybe it was originally intended to be a fountain or pond, the centerpiece of that little exercise park there, but reality has left it a fish out of water.
